Ownership: 1 week to 1 month
Ownership: 1 month to 1 year
Pros: It's a good mouse for convenience purposes, very mobile and easy to carry on. The USB can be hidden in the battery slot.
Cons: The sensor seems off. The X and Y does not align well. I feel like there is an angle tilt of around 5 degrees, which is fine since I use it for browsing and office work when I don't have a plugged mice, but this could seriously annoy a lot of users. I am starting to feel a little upset with its sensor and the angle tilt in the laser.
Other Thoughts: There are better options out there, but I still trust in Logitech.
Ownership: 1 week to 1 month
Pros: I liked the idea of this product and the price.
Cons: I liked the idea of this product and the price. At this point I've been really busy and just now getting around to set up to return it as it is not working properly. Hopefully I get a new one back that is working correctly.
Ownership: 1 week to 1 month
Pros: The product was to replace a similar mouse that I purchased years ago and worked perfect out of the box.
Came quickly at a reasonable price, I have no complaints. Logitech usually is a quality product.

Cons: Honestly, for a $20 mouse I have no complaints.
Other Thoughts: Battery life isnt exactly 12 months, but it's pretty dang close.
Also, I've had this mouse for 5 years now. Jeez this thing is awesome!

Great Product, I see the M310 has been updated so support new recycled white tables so I don't need a mouse pad! Great!!!!!4/12/2016 8:19:08 AM
Pros: The mouse has been updated since my original one which just wore out over time. The new M310 now works on recycled white tables which are made out of white recycled plastics. For a long long time the old M310 would not track on these tables and the new one this one does. Keeps the mouse pads off my work area.
Cons: None
Other Thoughts: I ended up getting this much later due to moving in and forgetting to change my address. There just isn't a lot of control when you are dealing with third party people selling through newegg. Something to think about anyway.

Logitech input devices are great!3/24/2016 12:39:43 PM
Pros: Works Everytime without any problems & I have them on every PC that I own & my clients own. No problems.
Cons: None
Ownership: 1 month to 1 year
Pros: Works OK. No problems with most functions.
Cons: Goes to sleep in a nanosecond. Intermittently have to move is several times to wake it up. I didn't want Bluetooth because of this issue, now I have it with this RF mouse.
Other Thoughts: I avoided Logitech because they wouldn't support some products beyond three years, thought I would try them again. I will probably wait another 10 years.

Logitech wireless mouse troubleshooting is relatively simple, because only a few things can go wrong. In most cases, resetting the connection solves temporary issues. Some models have a dedicated reset switch, while others require a power cycle or reset of the software in a more manual but still simple manner.
How the Mouse Connects
The Logitech wireless mouse has an internal power supply and a USB that connects the mouse to the computer. The USB, however, will not function without the software that formats and controls the connection between the mouse and the computer.
The Unifying software is free to download through the Logitech website and is necessary for your system to work. If the mouse is not working and you have not installed the software, a reset is futile. The reset only works when the mouse is operational and has experienced a temporary outage.
A dedicated connection between the mouse and the USB while the software is functioning properly is all that is required to maintain the mouse.
Multiple Methods of Reset
Check the bottom of your mouse, and turn the power to the On position. Look under the power button for the reset button. If one is there, hold the reset for five full seconds to reset the mouse. Attempt to use the mouse to see if the problem is resolved.
If the problem persists or you do not have a reset button, remove the battery from the mouse to completely disconnect the power. Consider just adding a fresh battery at this point as well. Reinstall the battery, and test the mouse.
Next, remove the USB and reinsert it into a different port. USB ports can go bad, and then they will not function properly. Changing ports will sometimes resolve the problem. If this fails, uninstall the Unifying software; remove everything, and do a fresh install to completely reset the entire system. Sometimes a fresh start will restore the mouse to regular operations.
Lastly, if your mouse uses a USB connection, unpair the device and reset the connection by pairing again. This can clear the connection and restore functionality.
Physical Troubleshooting
The mouse, USB or software may not be the actual issue. Using the mouse on a bad surface or using it at a great distance can slow or disrupt the operations. If either of these is the case, try a mouse pad or smooth surface near the computer.
If your mouse continues to fail, install the Unifying software on a different computer and test the entire system. If the mouse works on another computer, your physical computer may have an issue. Most likely, the issue is related to the physical USB port or a conflict that prevents the software from running correctly.
In a worst-case scenario, the mouse will fail completely due to a manufacturing defect or from damage as a result of misuse. Spilling liquids, power surges on the computer and USB, and exposure to the elements can all lead to permanent damage that requires replacement.
